We're looking for a Media Intern

to join our content team. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role: you will shoot as well as edit. You'll primarily produce short-form videos, contribute long-form edits case-by-case, and operate the camera on shoots—both in-studio and on location. Comfort behind a camera isn't a bonus here; it's part of the job.

Key Responsibilities

Camera & Cinematography

Own camera handling, framing, setup and lighting for shoots. Operate DSLR/mirrorless bodies confidently, manage basic audio capture on set,and deliver clean, usable footage. Assist in planning shot lists and setups.

Short-Form Editing

Edit and create YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and other short-form content — either by repurposing long-form footage or producing freshedits optimised for short attention spans.

Long-Form Editing

Edit long-form YouTube content with a strong narrative structure,



engaging pacing and a focus on viewer retention.

Content Versatility

Edit a variety of formats including interviews, podcasts, explainers, UGC, event and festival coverage, product demos, and lifestyle content.

Technical Craft

Apply basic animation, sound design, audio mixing and colour correction to raise the overall quality of every video.

Storytelling & Timing

Demonstrate strong storytelling instincts, comedic timing where it fits, and visual pacing that keeps people watching.

Fast-Paced Execution

Manage multiple projects at once, meet quick turnaround times, and incorporate feedback efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
