- Operations Management: Optimize daily workflow, assign tasks to technicians, and ensure repair deadlines are met.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the center's budget, control labor costs, track parts inventory, and meet monthly profit targets.
- Quality & Safety Control: Inspect completed repairs for quality and enforce strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
- Insurance Coordination: Negotiate with insurance adjusters, submit digital supplements, and navigate guidelines smoothly.
- Customer Relations: Address client inquiries, provide transparent updates, and handle any repair complaints professionally.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate collision technicians and front-office staff
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
