Role Objective

To lead and manage the branch operations by driving sales growth, increasing market share, strengthening channel partnerships, ensuring efficient collections, and developing a high-performing sales team. The role is responsible for achieving branch business objectives while ensuring operational excellence and superior customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth
- Achieve branch sales and revenue targets in line with Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Develop and execute business strategies to increase market share across the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer and distributor network.
- Drive secondary sales through effective market coverage and channel development.

Market Development
- Develop new markets and strengthen the company's presence in existing markets.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.




- Recommend strategic initiatives to improve business performance.

Channel Management
- Build and maintain robust relationships with distributors, dealers, architects, consultants, builders, contractors, and key influencers.
- Ensure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Support channel partners in achieving business objectives.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, coach, and develop the branch sales team.
- Set individual performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Ensure effective implementation of Pre-Journey Plans, CRM, MIS, and sales processes.
- Drive employee engagement and capability development.

Collections & Commercial Excellence
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.
- Monitor customer credit limits and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with Finance and Credit Control to minimize overdue receivables.

Pricing & Profitability
- Monitor market pricing and recommend pricing strate
