Job Description – Product Manager

Experience : 8 to 20 Years

Mandatory : Current experience in Life Insurance and Product Based company only

Location: Chennai & Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product roadmap for




Life Insurance products and digital solutions
.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including
Actuarial, Underwriting, Claims, Sales, and IT
, to deliver high-impact product enhancements.
- Gather and analyze business and functional requirements and prepare detailed
BRDs and FRDs
.
- Work closely with technology teams to enhance and integrate
Life Asia core systems
for improved efficiency.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and regulatory assessments to drive innovation in life insurance offerings.
- Manage the
end-to-end product lifecycle
, from ideation through implementation and post-launch improvements.
- Ensure compliance with
IRDAI regulations
and other applicable industry standards.
- Monitor key product performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
