2. Understanding of audience targeting and basic buyer persona research.
3. Knowledge of social media KPIs and performance tracking.
4. Good writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like
Photoshop / Canva

9. Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as
Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social
.
10. Willingness to learn and adapt in a quick-paced environment.
