Oriental Compressor Accessories Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to manage and develop business across the South and West Zones of India.

The candidate will be responsible for territory management, customer acquisition, sales growth, relationship management, and achievement of assigned targets across the region.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience handling the South and/or West Indian markets, with a solid understanding of industrial customers and business opportunities in these regions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive sales across the South and West Zones of India.
- Develop and implement territory-wise sales and business development strategies.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
- Identify and develop new customers, markets, and business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and increase business from key accounts.
- Conduct regular customer visits across the assigned territories.
- Develop relationships with OEMs, EPC companies,



industrial customers, plant heads, maintenance teams, procurement teams, and distributors.
- Generate and follow up on sales enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and orders.
- Convert leads and enquiries into business opportunities and orders.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for appropriate solutions.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, customer visit reports, pipeline reports, and territory-wise MIS.
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect data in CRM.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, PPC, Quality, Dispatch, and Finance for smooth order execution.
- Support collection and payment follow-ups with customers.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, customer meets, and industry events.
- Travel extensively across South and West India as required.
