The Grand Sona, Deoghar is looking for an experienced and energetic Bar Manager to join our F&B; team.

Position: Bar Manager
Department: F&B; Service
Location: The Grand Sona, Deoghar, Jharkhand

Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Bar Operations / Hotel Industry
- Valuable knowledge of beverages, cocktails, mocktails & bar service
- Strong knowledge of bar inventory and stock control
- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills
- Ability to manage bar staff and daily operations
- Knowledge of hygiene, safety & responsible alcohol service
- Hotel / Hospitality experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bar operations and service standards
- Control bar inventory, requisitions and stock




- Ensure proper billing, KOT and beverage controls
- Train and supervise bar staff
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction
