Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Executive HRBP to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities and partner with business teams to drive employee engagement, performance management, and HR processes. The ideal candidate should have solid stakeholder management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in HRBP functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle journey from onboarding to exit.
- Conduct employee induction and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners.
- Handle employee documentation, HR letters, records, and database management.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR reports.
- Prepare and share weekly/bi-weekly employee-related reports with stakeholders, including payroll and business teams.
- Handle employee grievances and provide effective resolutions.




- Drive attrition reduction initiatives and retention strategies.
- Manage Performance Management System (PMS) and competency assessments.
- Partner with BU managers to understand employee concerns and implement HR best practices.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee-related records.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives including R&R; programs, Fun Fridays, and festival celebrations.
- Prepare adhoc employee-related reports and analysis as required.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong HRBP experience with hands-on knowledge of HR processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ownership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of HR compliance practices.
- Expertise in Tamil language is mandatory.
- Fluency in Telugu will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage employee relations and resolve workplace concerns effectively.
