Job Description:

Remedy Biologicals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Purchase Executive – Finished Formulations with hands-on experience in sourcing pharmaceutical finished dosage forms, managing vendor relationships, and handling both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure finished formulations from WHO-GMP/EU-GMP acredited factories
- Handle P2P (Principal-to-Principal) purchases and loan license production procurement
- Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with suppliers
- Ensure timely placement of purchase orders and follow up for delivery and documentation




- Maintain and evaluate supplier database for performance, compliance, and reliability
- Coordinate with internal teams and inventory management
- Prepare and submit weekly MIS reports to management on procurement status and KPIs

Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate in Pharmacy or a related field
- Strong understanding of P2P process and loan license production procurement
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
