Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, doctor coordinators, and nursing staff to generate home healthcare leads. The role involves field visits, lead generation, lead conversion, and maintaining daily records of interactions. The executive will also be responsible for achieving assigned monthly lead and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers in the assigned territory.

· Meet doctors, doctor coordinators, discharge planners, and nursing staff.

· Introduce Housepital’s home healthcare services.

· Build professional relationships to generate regular referrals.

· Generate homecare service leads through hospital and clinic networks.

· Contact and counsel potential patients and families to convert leads into confirmed services.

· Maintain daily records of doctor and hospital visits.

· Track lead status from generation to conversion and submit reports.





· Meet assigned monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

· Ensure continuous follow-up with doctors and hospital partners.

Required Skills & Competencies

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Solid relationship-building abilities.

· Convincing and negotiation skills.

· Basic understanding of healthcare or hospital operations (preferred).

· Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.

· Good record-keeping and reporting skills.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. MBA / Sales & Marketing background preferred.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in hospital sales, healthcare services, or medical representative roles preferred.
