Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build solid customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills with a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.





Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of sales experience (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license (if field sales is required).
