Overview

We are looking for a Production Support Engineer with experience to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain business-critical applications and systems in production environments. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SQL, Linux, application troubleshooting, monitoring, incident management, and IT support processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor production applications and systems to ensure availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot application, database, server, and system-related issues.
- Analyze application logs and identify root causes of production incidents.
- Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and issue resolution.
- Monitor system performance, alerts, jobs, and scheduled processes.
- Handle L1/L2 production support tickets and incidents.
- Respond to production alerts and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
- Perform incident investigation and provide timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Development, QA, Database, Infrastructure,



and DevOps teams.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams.
- Support application deployments and post-deployment validation.
- Perform basic health checks and application monitoring.
- Maintain incident documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge-base articles.
- Participate in root cause analysis and preventive action activities.
- Support scheduled maintenance, releases, and production changes.
- Identify repetitive issues and suggest automation or process improvements.

Eligibility
- Any Graduate
- Experience in Production Support, Application Support, Technical Support, or IT Operations.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and practical projects can apply.
- Positive troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and incident-handling skills.
