Job Description

We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist with strong hands-on experience in both On-Page and Off-Page SEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, website traffic, search visibility, and overall website performance. The candidate should have strong knowledge of keyword research, technical SEO, content optimization, competitor analysis, and high-quality link building.

Key Responsibilities

On-Page SEO
- Conduct advanced keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and landing pages.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and identify technical and on-page issues.
- Develop and implement content optimization strategies.
- Work with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, and website performance.

Off-Page SEO
- Develop and execute effective link-building strategies.
- Build high-quality and relevant backlinks through outreach, guest posting,



business listings, directories, and other ethical SEO techniques.
- Analyze competitors' backlink profiles and identify new link-building opportunities.
- Monitor backlink quality, domain authority, and referring domains.
- Identify and manage toxic or low-quality backlinks.
- Develop strategies to improve website authority and search visibility.

SEO Reporting & Strategy
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
- Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports.
- Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and similar platforms.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and the latest SEO trends.
- Plan and execute SEO strategies for multiple websites/projects.

Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in SEO, preferably handling multiple websites/projects.
- Robust knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
