Senior/Lead Technical Recruiter
with strong experience supporting North America hiring. The ideal candidate will have expertise in full-cycle recruitment, direct sourcing, stakeholder management, and hiring top technology talent across multiple technology domains.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Drive direct hiring of full-time (FTE) technology professionals across North America, with a focus on building long-term organizational talent rather than contract, vendor, or subcontractor-based staffing.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent mapping.




- Conduct candidate screening, assessments, offer negotiations, and closing activities.
- Provide hiring managers with market intelligence, talent trends, compensation insights, and competitive hiring data.
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
