Role Overview

As an Academic Counsellor, you will be the bridge between BrightChamps and parents across the United States. You will understand each child’s unique learning goals, deliver consultative counselling, and guide parents toward enrolling in our world-class programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with US-based parents via outbound/inbound calls, video meetings, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Act as an educational consultant, addressing parental concerns, resolving objections, and articulating curriculum outcomes.
- Drive end-to-end sales conversions to meet weekly and monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Manage lead pipelines and maintain consistent follow-ups using CRM tools.




- Coordinate with internal academic and operations teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (Freshers with exceptional English communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency, with the ability to build rapport effortlessly with US parents.
- Mindset: Target-driven, persuasive, adaptable, and customer-focused.
- Experience: Prior experience in B2C inside sales, edtech, or international voice processes is a strong plus.

Work Schedule & Technical Requirements
- Work Shift: US Shift — 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST (Night Shift).
- Work Week: 6 days per week (rotational weekday off; weekends are mandatory working days).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
