Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and potential leads.
- Explain company products, including pumps, motors and related products.
- Generate new sales leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers regularly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups and customer responses.
- Coordinate qualified leads with the Sales Executive/Manager.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide basic product information.
- Update customer and lead information in Excel/CRM/software.
- Follow up on quotations and pending enquiries.
- Maintain valuable relationships with customers and support the sales team.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi and basic English.
- Confident and polite telephone communication.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Ability to convince and communicate effectively with customers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Freshers can also apply; sales/calling experience will be an advantage.
Working Conditions
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Break: 1 Hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Fresher / 1–2 years preferred
