Job Summary:
- Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities at the project site.
- Instruct and monitor construction teams and subcontractors to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Supervise blockwork, plastering, painting, tiling, stone flooring and cladding, waterproofing, internal wall treatments, woodwork, metalwork, and other finishing activities.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure finishing works are completed within the approved project schedule.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other site teams to avoid delays and resolve site issues.
- Inspect completed works and ensure proper quality and finishing standards are maintained.
- Identify defects and coordinate with the relevant teams for rectification and timely closure.
- Ensure proper sequencing of finishing activities to maintain smooth project progress.
- Monitor the availability and proper use of materials, manpower, and equipment required for finishing works.
- Maintain daily progress records and report site updates to the Project Engineer/Manager.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements at the worksite.
