Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 9–12 Sales Consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Drive day-to-day sales operations and ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and conversions.
- Work actively on verified leads, regular follow-ups, site visits, and deal closures.
- Monitor the team's sales pipeline, performance, conversion ratios, and daily activities.
- Handle customer negotiations and support the team in closing high-value deals.
- Identify performance gaps and take corrective measures to improve team productivity.
- Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports with the City Head.
- Take complete ownership of team targets, revenue generation, and overall business performance.
Candidate Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales or other service-oriented sales industries.
- Proven experience in team handling and sales target achievement.
- Experience managing a team of approximately 9–12 members will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Robust customer-service orientation with a solution-focused approach.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and passion for sales.
- Candidates with experience in Real Estate, EdTech, Banking, Insurance, or other B2C sales environments may also be considered.
