Job Role
We’re looking for customer-focused and confident individuals to join our Customer Service team. You’ll be responsible for handling customer queries over calls, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice calls
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers
Understand customer concerns and resolve them professionally
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction & service quality
Follow company processes, guidelines, and service standards
Maintain a positive and professional interaction with customers
Eligibility
Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
Graduate / Undergraduate candidates eligible
Valuable communication skills in Hindi & English
Comfortable handling customer calls
Customer-oriented attitude with good listening and problem-solving skills
Salary
Freshers: ₹19,000 CTC
Experienced: Up to ₹21,000 CTC
