Job Description – Shift In-Charge

Position: Shift In-Charge
Department: Operations

Shift: Adaptable / Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily outlet operations during the assigned shift.
- Allocate duties and monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor product quality, freshness, stock availability, and minimize wastage.
- Handle billing, POS, cash management, and daily sales reporting.
- Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with company SOPs.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, production, purchase, and management teams.
- Conduct proper shift handover and report operational issues to management.
- Train and guide staff to maintain service standards.




- Support the team in achieving daily sales and operational targets.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in bakery, café, QSR, restaurant,or F&B; operations.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Valuable communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS and inventory management.
- Ability to work in flexible and rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Responsible, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.

Pay: ₹14,731.47 - ₹18,000.00 per month
