About Social Continent

Social Continent is an outcome-focused technology education company helping software engineers transition into high-paying roles at top technology companies.

We focus on DSA, System Design, AI/ML interview preparation, and career acceleration, with a strong emphasis on practical interview preparation and outcomes.

We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial Head of Growth who can build and scale our growth engine from its current stage to the next level.

This is not a traditional marketing role.

You will be responsible for building a predictable, scalable revenue-generation machine.

The Role

As the Head of Growth, you will own the complete growth funnel:

Traffic Acquisition Lead Generation Webinar/Workshop Lead Qualification Sales Enrollment Retention Referrals

You will work closely with the Founder, Marketing, Sales, Content,



and Product teams to identify growth opportunities and turn them into measurable revenue.

The ideal candidate is someone who thinks in terms of:

CAC Conversion Revenue LTV ROI Scale

rather than simply impressions, followers, or engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own the Growth Number
- Own monthly and quarterly growth/revenue targets.
- Build the overall growth strategy for Social Continent.
- Identify the biggest bottlenecks in the funnel and prioritize high-impact experiments.
- Create predictable and scalable acquisition channels.
- Build systems that allow the company to grow without proportionally increasing costs.

2. Performance Marketing

Own and optimize paid acquisition across channels such as:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- YouTube
- LinkedIn
- Other emerging acquisition channels

You will be responsible for:
- CAC
- CPL
- Cost per qualified lead
- Webinar registration cost
- Webinar attendance rat
