Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter cum Admin to support our Talent Acquisition and HR Operations activities. This role is ideal for freshers who are looking to build a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Assist with job postings, offer documentation, and background verification.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Support campus hiring, job fairs, and recruitment drives.

HR & Administration
- Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance, leave, and HR-related activities.




- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Assist with general office administration and vendor coordination.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain necessary trackers.

Requirements
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration.
- 0–1 year of experience; freshers are welcome.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of Google workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Preferred
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HRMS/ATS.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other job portals.
- Interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹252,000.00 - ₹325,000.00 per year
