Role Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist (Messaging) who combines solid execution excellence with advanced marketing automation expertise. This role is responsible for building, deploying, optimizing, and analyzing customer engagement campaigns across global markets using Braze.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in cross-channel messaging operations, including email and mobile push notifications, while demonstrating the ability to independently solve complex campaign, segmentation, customer journey, and customer engagement challenges. The role partners closely with Marketing, Product, Analytics, Engineering, and regional stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer experiences across channels and drive measurable business outcomes.

This is a Hybrid position located at our Bangalore, India development center. You will be required to be on-site 2 to 3 days per week. When you are not working on-site, you will be working from your home office.

Position Details
About The Role
- This would be a shift role from 2 PM IST to 11 PM IST (UK shift) and Own the execution, optimization, and analysis of global customer engagement campaigns across email and mobile push channels using Braze.
- Build, deploy, and manage automated and triggered messaging campaigns, leveraging audience segmentation, personalization, and customer journey orchestration to drive engagement and retention.
- Develop and optimize cross-channel customer journeys within Braze Canvas, ensuring seamless customer experiences across global markets.
- Lead campaign QA and operational excellence, ensuring accuracy across targeting, personalization, localization, tracking, rendering, and channel delivery requirements.
