Role Profile: Process Specialist

We are looking for a Process Specialist to support our Fund Operations function, who will contribute to the success of the business by handling international accounts. The incumbent is expected to be a self- starter, who can work with minimal supervision, in a dynamic, fast- paced workplace.

Reporting to the Manager, the Process Specialist will have responsibility for the following key areas.

Role description and responsibility overview
- Daily reconciliations for all funds under management, including position, price, cash, fx rates, and accruals
- Daily exception reporting on breaks
- Escalation of trade breaks
- Allocation bookings to brokers
- Trade bookings and reporting to fund administrators and ACDs
- Settlement instruction bookings
- Cash transaction bookings
- Processing and arranging payment of fund invoices
- Distribution of daily flows in to the funds (internally to fund managers)
- Booking of all investor activity
- Sending trade reports to all external parties (managed accounts)
- Calculation of daily FX exposure reports




- Daily updates of attribution software data for all funds
- Updates of monthly data on all Data Vendors (portfolio data)
- Monthly calculation of commission analysis across all funds

Candidate Overview
- Qualification: MBA /Business Graduate with Finance Background / CA Inter
- Relevant Work Experience 2 -4 years
- Good understanding of Middle Office operations
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Communicates clearly and concisely
- Experience with the Limina application would be preferred
- Strong Excel skills, which are critical for the role given the nature of the work; VBA preferred
- Experience in investment operations or fund administration will be an advantage

Location / Hours • Noida. • Shift timings: 13:30 - 22:00 / 11:30 - 20:00 on a [weekly rotating basis].
