About the Role:

As a Manager in our SRT Team, you will build and nurture positive working relationships with internal teams and clients, with the goal of consistently exceeding client expectations. You will work as a hands-on technical leader across backend, frontend, database, DevOps, and Gen AI, while also guiding a team and managing client conversations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build backend applications using Python (FastAPI/Django) following clean coding and SOLID principles
- Build REST APIs with proper versioning, documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI), and secure authentication (JWT/OAuth2/RBAC/SSO)
- Develop frontend applications using React.js/Next.js with reusable, component-based architecture
- Manage database design, query optimization, and data integrity across relational (and optionally NoSQL) databases




- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure
- Build or integrate Gen AI features — copilots, agents, RAG pipelines — using LangChain/LangGraph and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini)
- Own client communication, manage expectations, and ensure delivery quality
- Guide and mentor a team of developers

Must-Have Skills:
- Python (FastAPI/Django), REST API design, OOP & design patterns
- React.js/Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+)/TypeScript
- SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server), ORM (SQLAlchemy/Django ORM)
- Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Jenkins/Azure DevOps)
- Hands-on exposure to LLM APIs and Gen AI frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph)

Positive to Have:
- Kubernetes, Terraform, Azure/AWS/GCP
- MongoDB or other NoSQL exposure
- Monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, App Insights)

Qualification:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in C
