About the Company

CHKOKKO is looking for an energetic and responsible Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations, drive sales, maintain excellent customer service, and ensure smooth store functioning.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
- Handle sales, customer interactions, billing, inventory, and stock management.
- Maintain proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Monitor stock levels, inward/outward movement, and product availability.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Manage and promote the store’s Instagram/social media account and support basic digital marketing activities.
- Use technology-driven tools and systems for store management, reporting, inventory, and sales tracking.
- Prepare regular sales and store performance reports.
- Ensure proper coordination with management and other teams.

Requirements




- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
- Experience in garments, textiles, apparel, fashion, or lifestyle retail will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of store operations, sales, inventory, and customer handling.
- Experience handling Instagram/social media accounts is preferred.
- Comfortable using technology and digital tools for day-to-day store operations.
- Target-oriented, responsible, and customer-focused.
- Ability to independently manage the store.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month, depending on skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
