About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive who enjoys speaking with people, making outbound calls and creating recent business opportunities.

This is a calling-heavy sales role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable making a high number of calls every day, researching prospects, following up consistently and using multiple touchpoints such as phone calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn to connect with potential clients.

We are looking for someone who doesn't wait for leads to come in — you create conversations and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of inbound/outbound B2B calls to prospective clients.
- Research companies, decision-makers and prospects before reaching out.
- Identify the right contact person and initiate conversations.
- Clearly explain our products/services and understand the prospect's requirements.
- Generate qualified leads and book meetings/demos for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn.




- Maintain a structured follow-up cadence so that no opportunity is missed.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups and lead status in CRM.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Handle objections and rejection professionally.
- Achieve daily and weekly activity targets such as calls, conversations, follow-ups and meetings booked.
- Coordinate with the sales/management team for qualified opportunities.
- Continuously experiment with different approaches, messaging and touchpoints to improve response rates.

What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, telesales, business development, telecalling or lead generation.
- Excellent spoken English communication.
- Good Hindi communication
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls every day.
- Strong follow-up discipline.
- Confident speaking with business owners, managers and decision-makers.
- Good convincing and objection-handlin
