Key Responsibilities
--------------
- Perfome when require & Supervise day-to-day fabrication shop operations.
- Plan and monitor fabrication work according to production schedules.
- Manage workers, welders, fitters, and machine operators
- Process improvement by introducing welding fixtures.
- Improve process with cycle time, quality & cost.
- Ensure proper use of raw materials to minimize wastage.
- Monitor quality of fabricated components as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with design, production, and dispatch teams.
- Ensure safety standards and proper use of PPE in the workshop.
- Inspect machines, tools, and equipment for proper maintenance.
- Solve shop-floor issues and improve productivity.
- Maintain daily production reports and manpower records.
Required Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of fabrication drawings and machine parts.
- Experience in welding processes (MIG, TIG, Arc welding).
- Knowledge of sheet metal, structural fabrication, and machine assembly.
- Ability to handle manpower and production planning.
- Basic understanding of quality control and measurement tools.
- Good problem-solving and leadership skills.
