The ideal person should be able to:
- Run Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) to generate buyer leads
- Run Google Ads and capture high-intent searches
- Create and optimize lead-generation campaigns
- Target people interested in buying/investing in plots
- Manage CPL (cost per lead) and improve lead quality
- Set up WhatsApp/CRM lead flows
- Retarget people who interacted with your ads/website
- Analyze campaign performance and scale profitable campaigns
- Coordinate with your sales team so leads are followed up quickly
