Role Description

We're looking for a Credit Manager for a full time, on-site role in Pune. This role sits at the center of our debt advisory practice — you'll be responsible for credit assessment, risk evaluation, and structuring support across debt syndication mandates, working directly with banks, NBFCs, and institutional lenders to help clients raise capital efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead credit evaluation and risk assessment for corporate debt syndication mandates
- Structure and package credit proposals for banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions
- Liaise with lenders to negotiate terms, sanction conditions, and documentation
- Prepare CMA data,



financial projections, and credit appraisal notes
- Assess borrower financials, cash flow adequacy, and repayment capacity
- Track sanction-to-disbursement timelines and manage lender relationships
- Support due diligence and compliance requirements through the syndication lifecycle

Qualifications
- Prior experience in
debt syndication
with banks/NBFCs is essential
- Strong Credit Management and Credit Risk Management skills
- Hands-on experience in credit assessment, CMA preparation, and loan structuring
- Solid understanding of financial principles, risk analysis, and lending norms
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Professional certification such as CFA or CMA is a plus
