Job Description:
As the GM of Business Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of business development, operations, and client relations within your designated region. Your primary goal will be to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction while maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
a. Ensure efficient and effective delivery of technical / maintenance management services.

2. Client Relations:
a. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

3. Team Leadership:
a. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing regional team.
