Job Overview

We are looking for a CRM & Digital Operations Executive
to manage CRM activities, digital marketing coordination, webinar operations, documentation, and basic L1 IT support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CRM data, updates, reports, and basic troubleshooting.
- Handle
WhatsApp Web/Marketing and Email Marketing
activities.
- Create and manage
Zoom & Microsoft Teams
meeting/webinar links.
- Coordinate webinars and prepare registration & attendance reports.
- Provide basic
L1 support for laptops, desktops, software, and connectivity issues
.
- Assist with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain documentation, trackers, and operational reports.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, Digital Operations, Back Office Operations, or IT Support.
- Good knowledge of
CRM, WhatsApp, Email Marketing, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams
,
AI Platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, laptop/desktop troubleshooting, and MS Office
.
- Positive communication, documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
