We are currently seeking a Support Engineer (L1 Support) to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to support ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and PBI in production environments
- Effective operation in a 24/7 support model with rotating shifts
- Monitor production data pipelines on a 24/7 basis
- Perform initial incident triage and severity classification
- Execute documented runbooks and standard recovery procedures
- Maintain incident communications, ticket updates, and status reporting
- Escalate unresolved incidents to Level 2 with relevant diagnostic context
