ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Key Accounts Manager - E-commerce & Quick Commerce who will manage and grow Crossword's business across e-commerce and quick commerce channels.

The role will be responsible for managing key platform relationships, driving revenue and profitability, ensuring catalogue and inventory availability, executing platform campaigns, and identifying opportunities to strengthen Crossword's digital presence across channels such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other relevant platforms.

The ideal candidate should be commercially driven, data-oriented, and comfortable managing external platform relationships while coordinating closely with internal teams across buying, supply chain, marketing, catalogue, and finance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Account & Platform Management
- Own day-to-day relationships with key e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
- Manage platform account managers and drive business plans,



targets, visibility, and commercial outcomes.
- Negotiate platform commercials, promotions, visibility opportunities, and business terms.
- Conduct regular business reviews with platform partners and track performance against agreed targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve Crossword's share, visibility, and revenue across key accounts.

Revenue & Business Growth
- Drive revenue, margin, and profitability across assigned e-commerce and quick commerce accounts.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly account-level growth plans aligned with overall business objectives.
- Track key metrics including GMV, net sales, AOV, margins, conversion, fill rate, cancellations, and contribution.
- Identify growth opportunities through assortment expansion, pricing, promotions, visibility, and improved availability.
- Analyse account performance and develop corrective action plans where required.
