Role Description
The Sales Representative role is a full-time hybrid position based in Raipur, with a mix of on-site field work and some work-from-home flexibility. In this role,



the Sales Representative will identify and develop new business opportunities, visit retail outlets and distributors, and promote Vachan milk and milk products in assigned territories. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with channel partners, tracking sales performance, ensuring product visibility and availability, and implementing promotional activities in line with brand guidelines. The role also involves gathering market feedback, monitoring competitor activity, preparing regular sales reports, and coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery and customer support. The Sales Representative is expected to maintain high standards of professionalism, represent the company’s values, and contribute to sustainable growth in rural and urban markets.
