We are looking for a highly driven and technically strong Sales Service Manager to lead our aftermarket sales and customer development initiatives.The ideal candidate should have deep technical understanding of industrial machinery, mould systems, spare parts, machine upgrades, and process improvements combined with strong commercial and relationship-building skills.This is not a conventional sales role. The candidate must be capable of understanding machine performance issues, identifying technical improvement opportunities, proposing engineering solutions, and convincingly presenting the value of modifications, retrofits, spare parts, mould overhauls, and new projects to customers.The role requires close interaction with customers, service teams, engineering departments, and manufacturing plants to drive long-term service business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales growth for spare parts, machine retrofits, upgrades, mould overhauling projects, new mould sales, and service contracts.




- Identify customer pain points related to machine performance, downtime, maintenance, and production efficiency.
- Recommend suitable technical solutions and convince customers on the technical and commercial benefits.
- Develop long-term aftermarket and service business within the assigned territory.

2. Technical Expertise & Customer Support
- Robust understanding of BFS machines (preferably), mould systems, mechanical assemblies, pneumatics, hydraulics, and machine wear parts.
- Ability to understand machine problems, analyze failures, and propose technical improvements.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, spare part catalogs, and service reports.
- Conduct technical discussions confidently with production, maintenance, engineering, and purchase teams.

3. Customer Relationship & Aftermarket Growth
- Build strong long-term customer relationships through proactive technical support and regular visits.
