Responsibilities
- Responsible for Safety, Health, Workplace and Plant Engineering activities including all facilities in the company. Responsible for up time of all these resources.
- Develop departmental objectives / KRA for function to assign with MFG.
- Implementation of industrial excellence by involving supervisors operators to improve continuously by implementing 5S and Autonomous maintenance.
- Responsible for driving Preventive and Predictive maintenance.
- Improve Plant MTBF, Reduce MTTR and Break down
- Responsible for statutory compliance requirements.
- Conservation of energy, water and driving sustainability initiatives.
- Implement IRIS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 system procedures to improve the performance.
- Critical spare parts management.
- Plan implement AMC for critical and utility equipment.
- Implementation of layout changes.
- Construction and maintenance of all civil structures within the estate.
- Responsible for installation and commissioning of capital equipments
- Deliver a high-quality initiative, on time and within the budget.
Qualifications
- B.E EEE / Mechanical with 10 to 13 years of experience in Plant Engineering.
