Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, result-oriented, and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute digital marketing strategies for IKON ORGANIC PRIVATE LIMITED. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, improving online presence, and driving sales through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for the company's products and brand.
- Manage and grow the company's presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and manage social media calendars, campaigns, posts, reels, videos, and promotional content.
- Run and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance,



leads, conversions, reach, engagement, and return on advertising spend.
- Coordinate with the sales and management teams to support lead generation and business growth.
- Manage website content, product listings, landing pages, and basic SEO activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new digital marketing opportunities.
- Create engaging content related to spices, flours, recipes, products, and the company's brand.
- Work with graphic designers, photographers, video editors, and other agencies/vendors when required.
- Track digital marketing trends and implement new strategies and platforms where beneficial.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Manage the company's online reputation and customer engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
