Job Responsibilities:
- Forecast spare part requirements at SVC/state level based on failure trends, model volume, and historical consumption.
- Coordinate with state teams to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure optimal stock levels of rapid-moving and critical spare parts at all service centers.
- Monitor MSL (Minimum Stock Level) compliance and take corrective action for gaps.
- Track daily/weekly spare part consumption versus availability.
- Escalate risks of shortages proactively to avoid service delays.
- Analyse pending cases due to spare part shortages.
- Constant communication with state teams to manage and discuss customer complaints / D-satisfaction etc.
- Drive closure plans for high-aging cases and reduce repeat visits caused by part unavailability.
- Manage permanent shortage parts and obsolete models as per policy (replacement/repair/others).
- Support approvals for alternate solutions where applicable.
- Publish regular reports on spare part availability, shortages, aging, and SVC-wise performance.
- Train SVC teams on spare part processes, MSL maintenance, and correct CRM updates.

Address gaps in process adherence.
