Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strong industry relationships, influencing specifications, and securing high-value commercial projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project sales and a strong network within the architecture, interior design, contractor, builder, and corporate procurement community.

Key Responsibilities





Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and develop current business opportunities through market mapping, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
- Generate leads from architects, interior designers, contractors, PMC consultants, builders, corporate clients, and institutional customers.
- Build a strong project pipeline and convert opportunities into successful business closures.

Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, facility management companies, and procurement teams.
- Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and specification meetings.
- Influence key stakeholders during the product specification and project planning stages.

Project Sales & Closures
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and project quotations.
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
