Role Description
The Senior Accountant role at Naukripay group is a full-time, on-site position based in Recent Delhi. The Senior Accountant will oversee daily accounting operations, including managing general ledger entries, reviewing journal vouchers, and ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.



This role will be responsible for preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, monitoring cash flow, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. The Senior Accountant will review and improve internal controls, ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations, and coordinate with auditors and cross-functional teams. The position also involves analyzing financial data to provide insights for management, supervising junior accounting staff, and contributing to process optimization within the finance function.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, including experience with general ledger management, financial statement preparation, and account reconciliations.
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, as well as solid skills in MS Excel and other reporting tools for data analysis and financial reporting.
