Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality Pan-Asian and Chinese dishes.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size and presentation.
- Prepare sauces, marinades, stocks and other kitchen preparations.
- Handle wok, fryer, grill and other kitchen equipment.
- Maintain food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
- Monitor ingredients and minimize food wastage.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth service.
- Guide junior kitchen staff when required.
Working time: 10.30 AM to 3.30 PM
Break: 3.30 PM to 6.30 PM
Evening time: 6.30 PM to 11 PM
