Medi Edge Global Healthcare is looking for an experienced Healthcare Caller / Business Development Executive to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling patient leads, understanding their medical requirements, coordinating consultations, following up with patients, and converting genuine enquiries into consultations and treatments.

Key Responsibilities
- Call and handle healthcare/patient leads generated through different marketing channels.
- Understand patients’ medical requirements and concerns.
- Explain available doctors, hospitals, consultations and treatment options.
- Schedule doctor consultations and OPD appointments.
- Regularly follow up with interested patients.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospitals and internal patient-care teams.
- Counsel patients regarding treatment processes, hospital admission and required documents.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and patient status.
- Work on lead conversion and monthly business targets.
- Maintain qualified and empathetic communication with patients.

Pay: ₹11,583.03 - ₹30,000.00 per month
