About the Role

Shrinika Eye Hospital is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused
Optical Sales & Front Desk Executive
who can drive sales of spectacles, frames, lenses, and other optical products while also supporting front desk operations whenever required.

The ideal candidate should have good communication, presentation, customer-handling, and basic billing skills, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with wholesale vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Optical Sales
- Assist customers in selecting suitable
spectacles, frames, lenses, and other optical products
.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products based on their needs and preferences.
- Explain product features, lens options, pricing, and benefits clearly.
- Ensure a skilled and engaging customer experience.




- Work towards achieving optical sales targets and increasing overall revenue.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the optical section is well organized.

Billing & Front Desk Support
- Handle customer billing and maintain accurate sales records.
- Support the
Receptionist and Front Desk team whenever and wherever required
.
- Assist with customer queries, appointments, and basic patient coordination when needed.
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers, doctors, optometrists, and other hospital staff.

Vendor & Wholesale Management
- Visit wholesalers/vendors
at least once a week
for product collection and coordination.
- Manage relationships with wholesale vendors and suppliers.
- Identify and source the
best possible products, designs, and options
based on quality, pricing, and customer demand.
- Coordinate product collection, availability, orders, and inventory requirements with vendors.
