Job Overview

We are looking for an Insurance SME to drive B2B sales and business development for Group Insurance solutions across Chennai. The role involves identifying corporate prospects, meeting decision-makers, generating new business opportunities, and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B corporate clients across Chennai.
- Generate leads and business opportunities for Group Insurance products.
- Meet corporate clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct extensive local market visits and client meetings.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Follow up with prospects and drive the sales process through closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and policy processing.
- Maintain regular updates on leads,



client interactions, and sales pipeline.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of minimum experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
- Candidates from any industry with strong B2B sales experience are welcome.
- Prior experience in Insurance / BFSI / Group Insurance will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Chennai for corporate meetings.
- Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with local travel.
- Target-oriented and self-driven approach.

Compensation

CTC: Up to 7 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.

Walk-In Drive Important Information

Candidates shortlisted for the drive should be prepared to complete the HR Round and Final Round on the same day.

Candidates who successfully explicit all required rounds may be processed for offer issuance on the same day.
