Job Overview

SPARS Electric is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing electric scooter business. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in automotive, electric vehicles, two-wheelers, consumer electronics, or retail sales and a robust ability to convert customer enquiries into successful sales.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable electric scooter models, conducting product demonstrations, handling negotiations, and building strong customer relationships.

We are looking for someone who is confident, energetic, target-driven, and genuinely interested in the growing EV industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers, phone enquiries, online leads, and referrals.
- Understand customers' requirements, budget, usage, and preferences.




- Explain electric scooter models, features, specifications, pricing, range, battery options, warranty, and after-sales services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test rides for prospective customers.
- Convert leads and enquiries into confirmed sales.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Negotiate with customers while maintaining company pricing and policies.
- Coordinate with the operations, finance, service, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth purchase experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, bookings, and sales.
