BANQUET HALL MANAGER

Candidate Eligibility

1. Restaurant Industry Background Mandatory

Candidate must have prior experience working in the restaurant/F&B; industry.

Candidates from non-restaurant backgrounds should not be considered.

2. Banquet & Party Handling Experience Mandatory

Must have practical working knowledge of banquet operations and party/event handling.

Should be capable of independently managing parties, functions, guest requirements and event coordination.

3. Minimum Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the restaurant/F&B; industry.

Preference should be given to candidates with strong banquet/event management experience.

4. Age Criteria

35 years and above.

5. English Communication Skills – Excellent

Must have excellent English communication skills.

Should be able to read, write and communicate professionally in English.

Must be confident while communicating with guests, management and corporate clients.

Computer Knowledge – Mandatory

Good working knowledge of computers is essential.

Should be comfortable with MS Office, email, basic documentation, reporting and banquet-related records.

7. Personality & Grooming

Should have a good personality and skilled appearance.

Must be well-groomed, confident, presentable and capable of handling premium guests professionally.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be a mature, confident and well-presented F&B; professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience, strong banquet and party-handling knowledge, excellent English communication skills and good computer knowledge. The candidate must be capable of independently managing Banquet Hall and ensuring smooth event operations and guest satisfaction.
