Job description

Lead the overall finance functions and provide strategic advice for taking key decisions regarding Finance, Accounting, Business Strategy, Cashflow, Fund Raising, Investor relations, Bank Negotiations, Compliances, and other allied areas. Provide strategic recommendations to the MD. Provide insights to take key business decisions, backed by financial analytics. The Company requires a seasoned qualified with experience and ability to manage cash flows as well as drive commercial discussions. This would be a Group CFO role handling a Real Estate Development Company. This is an extremely vital role that would be responsible for tracking and analyzing financial information to ensure that the organization takes decisions that are aligned to its vision.
- Manage the Accounts & Finance department and deliver timely information and manage all statutory & legal compliances related financial transactions, taxation and budgets on a cost effective,



reliable and comprehensive basis.
- In-charge of reviewing the monthly budget statements.
- Handling Project Accounting, reporting and analyzing the activity wise project cost, on a regular basis.
- Overseeing the various statutory compliance requirements. (GST, TDS payments / returns, tax payments / returns etc).
- Preparation of Projected Balance Sheet for Project Finance.
- Review & Consolidation of Accounts
- Business Planning, Budgetary Management & Control, Project Finance, Fund Management maintenance
- Dealing with banks, ledging, LCs, Bank guarantees, project funding, etc.

Required Candidate profile

CA Candidates with over 15 yrs of experience in Finance domain as a Head. Preference to those from the Builder/Real Estate industry.
