About the Role

We're looking for a highly analytical and ambitious Fund Analyst to support startup sourcing, due diligence, financial analysis, and investment decision-making. As the first analyst in the fund, you'll work closely with experienced founder-investors and gain hands-on exposure to the entire venture investing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- - Source and evaluate early-stage startup opportunities
- Conduct market, founder, and financial due diligence
- Analyze key metrics including ARR, CAC, churn, burn, and unit economics
- Build financial models, valuations, and cap table analyses
- Prepare investment memos and risk assessments
- Support deal execution, including term sheets, SAFEs, and SHAs
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve workflows

Requirements
- - 0-2 years of experience in Finance, VC, PE, Investment Banking, Startups, or related fields
- Strong analytical, financial modeling,



and communication skills
- Proficiency with AI tools and an automation-first mindset
- High ownership, integrity, and willingness to learn
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field

Preferred
- - Exposure to venture capital or startup ecosystems
- Experience with financial modeling and valuations
- Familiarity with n8n or other automation tools
- Understanding of SEBI AIF regulations
