As Sundew continue to grow, we are seeking a
Motion Graphics Designer with strong visual design capabilities
who can take an idea from a static frame to a polished motion experience.

The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable creating
key visuals, style frames, layouts, and storyboards
as they are animating them. This role requires a strong eye for design, typography, composition, storytelling, and contemporary motion aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for brand films, digital campaigns, product stories, social content,



and corporate communication.
- Create moodboards, storyboards, style frames, key visuals, and visual treatments from creative briefs.
- Design strong static compositions before translating them into motion.
- Create typography-led animation, 2D and 2.5D motion, transitions, compositing, and visual effects.
- Visualize technology concepts including SaaS products, UI journeys, AI, data, and digital experiences.
- Work with 3D elements and product visualizations where required.
- Edit and integrate footage, graphics, typography, UI, 3D, sound, and motion into cohesive visual narratives.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, marketers, and creative leads from concept through final delivery.
- Adapt creative work across social, web, events, presentations, and other digital formats.
- Explore AI-assisted creative workflows while maintaining strong art direction and design quality.
